Bird Houses

Bird Houses Tamar Mogendorff is one clever crafter. These birdhouses are handmade from linens, mohair wool, cotton, vintage fabrics, tweed, antique embroidery, pashmina and other fabrics, and incorporate silver thread and old ribbons.

The houses come with one bird or two, and are one cute gift for a little person.

Lovebird Bowls

Lovebird BowlsDamn these are cute. Each little birdybowl is unique and have had their features individually stamped onto their hand cut bodies.

Each bird is made from textured white clay so are strong despite their delicate appearance. We think they would make for some sweet little jewelry dishes, or even pinned off a wall like plates. Do check out the rest of PrinceDesign's work - beautiful and affordable. We Like That!

Castle Embroidery

Castle EmbroideryRachel Castle is a crafty little thing. Check out these beautiful hand embroidered artworks (thank you Inside Out http://www.insideout.com.au/ and Printdolls www.printdolls.com.au for bringing our attention to these).

What a Cozy Cup of Tea

Tea Mug Cozy
It's really lovely drinking your tea from a cup and saucer, but when the reality is that you'll be resting it next to your macbook at work, a little sturdier mug is often called for. And coming into these colder months, you'll need one of these mug warmers to boot.

Cutie Patootie

Hand-knitted treatsEaster Crafts are cool. And this year we had unreasonably high ambitions about all the cool things we ourselves would make. But of course to date nothing has come of these ambitions.

So lucky for us Lark has been busy getting in these little fair trade handicrafts with an Easter theme. A box of hand knitted chocolates, some life-sized hand knitted doughnuts and of course some too cute ducky slippers.

Cassette Kids

Cassette KidsCassette's are hardly covetable these, days, but you could totally rip it up in a nightclub with this handsewn small zippered pouch made from grey, peacock blue, pink and gold felt.

You would always throw your ipod in there, or keys and cash, but we reckon they'd be better put to use as a gift for that nerdy music loving friend that's stuck in the 80's, cause god knows there's enough of them in Sydney alone to satisfy a years worth of orders for BraveMoonMan.

Kapak Stuffed Pillow

Kapak Stuffed PillowWe this would make for comfortable lumbar support whilst reclined on a picnic blanket, and drinking a hot toddy. The design for this extra large black cross pillow came from a custom order that was then put into production.

The fabric is environmentally friendly hemp which as been tea stained and stuffed with kapok. The cross is hand sewn from recycled linen straight onto the cushion, which we love for it's extra length.
